Appearance: Standing at 5' 2", one wouldn't take Lovi as intimidating... Then again, whoever said that had obviously never seen his eyes. The piercing green could, with the right glare, leave one with many sleepless nights. Though when not angry, the color subsided into more of a Peridot shade. He had the look of a Jungle cat, ready to rip you to shreds if you were to get too close to it.
From years of growing up under the sun in a Vinyard, Lovino's skin was a tan, sun-kissed quality. It stretched smoothly over his petite form like sand on a beach. There was not a single scarr nor bruise anywhere on any curve. Though it probably looked so good from years of nothing less than painstaking attention. Lovino had always tried his hardest to beat his little brother at everything... skincare included.
Silky hair cascaded well over his eyes, the dark color seeming to meld into the tone of Lovino's skin. A single flyaway always stuck out in a curl shape no matter how many times he'd tried to fix it... which was many. By the end of the day, the tips would look a bit greasy from him pushing them out of his face multiple times. His hair was often wet from the quick swims he would like to take in the Ocean, causing beads of water to run down his face.
Personality: Lovino hates everything. He hates life. He hates the Sun. He hates every single person he has ever come into contact with. It is just natural of him to always have a grumpy personality. He constantly cusses at every single thing he can think of. It really isn't his fault. People are just so... asshole-y.
Lovino is always full of self doubt. No matter what he does, he is always questioning himself if it is the right thing. He will often lay in his bed at night, wondering what would've happened if he had just maybe taken the other road. What would be different if he chose to throw the ball instead of kick it all those years ago when he was a child? Maybe things would've been better if he had just taken the other path. Questions such as that always haunt him.
He is a truely flirty fellow, though one had to look very, very, VERY hard beyond his grumpyness and hatred of everything to see that. He is constantly having dirty thoughts, then reprimanding himself for them. When given the chance, his voice can transform into a seductive lullaby... though, he himself is unaware of that due to his virginity. He loves to bat his eyelashes at an individual which he deems, "worth talking to." Though, most people just look at him funny when he does.

Biography: Born into a wine-making family, Lovino was always picking grapes. As a child, he was homeschooled by his mother, being taught many different languages along with many different dishes to make. He was taught French, Spanish, English, Portugese, and Italian. His mother often taught him the language while teaching him how to prepare food from each country. This being her main method of teaching, Lovino was told of the outside world, though never allowed to see it.
As he got older, Lovino spent less time learning and more time harvesting grapes and learning about the fermenting process. The Vinyard was costal, so he would often get in trouble for slacking off, or as he would put it, drawing at the beach. There was just something about the waves and the Sunshine that drew him in constantly. After the work of the Vinyard, or the learning from the classroom, Lovino would just sit on the beach and draw the sunset, or go for a swim. He would never make it home on time for dinner, seeing as he liked to spend every spare moment he had among the waves.
He hated picking grapes. He hated it dearly. He really didn't give a damn about wine. When on a trip around the Sun Kingdom, he had his first taste of Freedom, along with his first Tomato. He finally discovered that he wanted nothing more than to be out of his paradise prison. Lovino wanted to get out of the Italian Penisula.
It was less than two months later when he was hired as a cook for the Royal Palace. When Lovino told his parents, they yelled at him. His father yelled until he was blue about Lovino needing to take over the family business. There was one problem though, the Italian hated everything about the 'Family Business'. After being yelled at, Lovino took his chance in the middle of the night and left. He walked away from his home, never to return. He knew he would be much much happier at the palace.
RP Sample: Breathing a bit heavy, Lovino ran into his room. He scrambled around the room, grabbing clothing, toiletries and everything else he would need. He promptly stuffed everything in his bag. He stopped, whispering outloud, "Is this the right thing? What if it was all a joke, or I hate it?" Rays of light shone through a crack in the wall. He had to make up his mind. This was his only chance to break free.
Squinting as light flooded the room, Lovino dressed and slipped his shoes on at the door. With his hands on his bag, he threw it over his shoulder. Mind made up as he left that house for good. His breath evening out as he reached the beach. The Italian turned back to the area he was previously at and blew a kiss. Lovino was happy. He was now free of his prison forever.
As the sun rose over the Ocean, the Brunette started walking in the direction of the Royal Capitol, where the Palace was located. He continued walking for hours. It wasn't until the Sun was high in the sky that Lovino stopped to rest. The Italian ate some bread that he had packed and sipped some water. It was at this rest stop were he found the most beautiful thing he had ever seen. He was sitting on a rock, ontop a cliff, overlooking lush green vallies that spread as far as the eye could see. The artist pulled out his sketch pad and recreated the scene on the paper. The sight was a sign. He had made the right choice.
